Our highly-specialized team members have a passion for designing a benefits program customized to meet your needs and support your vision.
Melissa became a licensed producer for the State of Tennessee in 1996; she is HIPAA Certified. Her background studies are in business and accounting. She is faith oriented and has Christian beliefs. Melissa believes in community involvement. Benefits First is a Partner in Education with one of the Henderson County Schools and other systems. Melissa is a member of First Baptist Church (Lexington), West-Star, Chamber of Commerce (Past President), CASA of Henderson County, United Way, Carl Perkins Center for the Prevention of Child Abuse and the National Association of Professional Women.
Allison has been with Benefits First since February 2006 and has been a licensed insurance producer since March 2006; she is HIPAA Certified. She is currently responsible for managing the day to day functions of the office along with quoting new products for current and prospective clients. She also provides administrative assistance to the President/CEO.
Meggan joined the Benefits First team in January 2018. She became a licensed insurance producer in 2007; she is HIPAA Certified. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Management & Marketing from Kennesaw State University in 2004. Meggan works closely with our President/CEO and our Management Team; managing various day to day marketing and administrative tasks.
Linda joined the Benefits First team in May of 2012, as a Benefits Counselor. She has been a licensed insurance producer since 2011; she is HIPAA Certified. Linda enjoys meeting with employees of our client groups one-one-one and educating them on the benefits available to them in order to help them determine what coverage best fits their needs and budget. She then assists the employee with enrolling in the coverage they want.
Dana joined the Benefits First team in March 2008. She became a licensed insurance producer in June 2008; she is HIPAA Certified. Dana assists insureds with all aspects of the claims process for voluntary products. She handles filing, follow-up and resolution during the claim process to ease the burden for insureds during a difficult time.
